It was founded in 2004 and currently provides the following services: 1-    Qualitative urine organic acids. 2-    Serum amino acid chromatography. 3-    Urine amino acid chromatography. 4-    Cerebrospinal fluid amino acid chromatography.   We would like to draw your attention that we started to do the qualitative urine organic acids in 2004 and in April 2010 we have started to do the following tests: the serum amino acid chromatography, the urine amino acid chromatography and the cerebrospinal fluid amino acid chromatography. We aim to expand our services to include enzyme assay for liposomal storage diseases and leukodystrophies such as: Gaucher disease, Niemann-Pick disease, GM1 & GM2 Gangliosidosis, Mucopolysaccharidisis, Mucolipidisis, Metachromatic leukodystrophies.   Dr. Imad  Mohammad Dweikat head of the Metabolic Unit.
